Daily Link Dump

Well this is the first of my daily (weekdays) “link dumps”.  Essentially these are articles I read/mark to read.  I’m posting it to mainly keep track of all these great articles and to share with others.  The link juice should also help these authors, which never hurts.  Feel free to post links to articles I miss in the comments.

24-Daily link dump

I know it’s been a while since my last post, but things at getlegal.com have been quite busy and I changed servers :)

On to the news.  I will be speaking at confoo.ca in Montreal about Browser Compatibility, titled/inspired by my blog post “Drawing the Line with Browser Compatibility”.  I’m very excited about the opportunity to speak about my career/passion, Web Development.  I recently gave a presentation to the Dallas PHP User Group, “Doctrine Overview”.  I think it went well and was also a good learning experience.

Speaking at Confoo

I was really upset that I didn’t have the funds to attend PHP|Tek in Chicago this year, but I still have hope for PHP|Works!  I’ve been following the conference ever since speakers started to float in this past Monday.  I have to say the community as whole did a great job bringing/sharing the experience online with the rest of the people who weren’t able to attend.
